Hosting services provided by Bradhost Internet Services may be used for lawful purposes only.

The use of our services to transmit or store any material that is in violation of UK law is strictly forbidden.

Hosting of Adult sites with legal content is allowed

Material that is not allowed on our server's includes, but is not limited to:

* Bulk e-mail related software/products/information.

* Any material which you do not own or have permission from the copyright owner to use.

* Illegal Pornographic Material.

* Any material related to criminal hacking.

* IRC or Bots

* Child Pornography

Bradhost Internet Services reserves the right to deactivate and remove any web site from its servers which contains material that at Bradhost Internet Services sole discretion is deemed to be unacceptable, undesirable or may damage the reputation of Bradhost Internet Services System.

Resource Usage

If Bradhost Internet Services discover that a customers web site or scripts are using an unacceptable amount of servers resources including but not limited to cpu and memory usage we may suspend the customers account for further investigation. Our normal practice is to only suspend/terminate accounts without notice if the web site in question is likely to jeopardise the smoothing running of Bradhost Internet Services servers, normally we will email the customer asking them to reduce the resources they are using. Top site scripts are likely to use an unacceptable amount of resources and are therefore not allowed on our servers.

Message boards are allowed on our servers, but customers should be aware that if they become popular they are likely to use a large amount of system resources. We therefore recommend running PHP message boards as they are usually less resource intensive. Customers should be aware that they should closely moderate the boards to make sure that illegal material or links is not available on the boards

E-Mail Spamming (the sending of unsolicited e-mail) from our servers is strictly forbidden.

Bradhost Internet Services will decide on a case by case basis what constitutes to be spamming. The use of our servers to provide a free e-mail service or to send large quantites of e-mail is strictly forbidden

Backups

It is the customer's responsibility to perform their own backups and secure their data. Bradhost Internet Services will not be liable for any loss to data while on our servers, nor will we compensate users if this happens.
Bradhost Internet Services makes a weekly backup, & these can be used if necessary.

Server Abuse

Attempting to cause harm to a Bradhost Internet Services server, or any other server on the internet using an account on Bradhost Internet Services will result in immediate removal of that account. We will decide on a case by case basis if a refund is to be given on violation of these terms and conditions.

Contract Terms

Hosting plans are based on an annual or monthly contract basis. Bradhost Internet Services is only obliged to offer it's hosting services for this period. Hosting plan will only be renewed where we see fit and upon successful completion of full payment.

Money Back Guarantee

If you are not happy with our services then you may request a refund for upto 30 days from the date of your first payment. These refunds are subject to a 20% handling charge to cover payment costs and setup fees. Your statutory rights are not affected.This Guarantee does not apply to Domain names which have to be paid in full. Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions makes the customer liable for instant termination of their account
